Process Engineering

Major Process Engineering activities include, Process simulations, steady state and transient hydraulics, Sizing of process equipment, data sheets, and Process drawings. Process Engineering provides the base ground for all other engineering disciplines to follow at various stages of the project. Process engineering design services include

Piping Engineering

Design and engineering services related to piping systems and piping layout including piping material selection, developing piping material line classes, specifications for standard / specialty piping components, static and dynamic stress analysis of piping systems, pipe supports design, Plot plans and Piping layouts and; materials engineering.

The piping design team uses leading technology to produce their designs. Design services include

Pipeline Engineering

Major Pipeline Engineering activities include, Route selection, design calculations such as wall thickness, road crossing, stress analysis, preparation of data sheets, specifications, Material Requisitions for all pipeline items. We executed projects for over 2500 km of Oil/Water Pipelines and 1825 km Gas Pipelines. Pipeline engineering design services include

  • Desk top study for routing of the pipelines based on Google earth and site visits to select the pipeline routes.
  • All local government / authorities approvals for the selected pipeline route with the support from the clients.
  • Preparation of reports such as Pipeline design basis, location class study, burial philosophy, route selection report, material / grade selection report, crossing schedule / Matrix etc.
  • Carrying out the Pipeline design calculations such as Wall thickness, Road crossing, Buoyancy, Hydrotest pressure, wall thinning, elastic bending, branch reinforcement, anchor block forces, flange joint leakage, Buckling and crack propagation, Fracture toughness, stress analysis of above ground / buried pipelines using CAESAR II software etc.
